About Dynamic

Our Beginnings

How Dynamic Surveying Started: Established in 2024, Dynamic Surveying was built on the idea that surveying should be practical, straightforward, and free from corporate red tape. While we may be a new company, we bring over 10 years of surveying experience and 20 years in the construction industry. Based in Shropshire, we take a hands-on approach, working closely with our clients to deliver reliable, no-nonsense results. We’re not about hiding behind desks or drowning in jargon—we’re out on-site, making sure every project is done right.

Our Approach

At Dynamic Surveying, our approach is hands-on and personal—you’ll get to know us, not just our company name. We believe practical knowledge is key, which is why we’re actively involved in property ourselves and stay connected with the industry. Our affiliations with trusted contractors, manufacturers, and specialists mean we have the right team in place to handle any job, big or small. Whether it’s a straightforward survey or a complex project, we bring real-world experience and the right expertise to get it done efficiently and accurately.

Why Choose Us

Hands-on

We operate a hands-on approach and are not afraid to roll up our sleeves to get a little dirty, so we can deliver the best possible advice to our clients.

You will get to know us

We build relationships with our clients and often lasting friendships are made.

We say it as it is

We believe in transparency and keeping you informed every step of the way whether it’s good, bad or ugly! We feel it is better to be honest, even if sometimes it might not be what you wanted to hear.

Clarity

We use language that is easily understood and don’t try and confuse people with technical jargon (unless you want to be that is!)

Bespoke service

We create our service to meet your needs, striving to understand your requirements and deliver a solution that is custom-fit just for you.

I started my career the old-school way—on the tools as a labourer on a building site. Over the years, I worked my way up to become a Level 3 City & Guilds qualified joiner, gaining hands-on experience in how buildings come together (and sometimes, how they fall apart!). But what really drew me into surveying was the investigative side—being a sort of “building pathologist,” figuring out why issues happen and how to fix them. That, along with the creative process of producing architectural drawings, made me take the leap into surveying, and I haven’t looked back since.

I still love getting stuck in on my own property projects, and to be honest, property is more than just my job—it’s my hobby, my passion, and what I do even in my spare time. With Dynamic Surveying, my goal is to bring that same enthusiasm and hands-on approach to every project we take on.
